As we continue to grow and evolve, we''re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of HR and Workforce Strategy to shape and lead our people agenda across the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you''ll play a key strategic role in helping us achieve our business objectives by developing a high-performing, engaged and inclusive workforce. This is an opportunity to influence board-level decisions while remaining hands-on in delivering exceptional HR leadership across the organisation. What you''ll be doingAs Head of HR and Workforce Strategy, you''ll:Develop and deliver our people strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead on all aspects of employee relations, providing expert advice to managers across the business.Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning and employee engagement.Oversee recruitment processes in partnership with our Digital Communications and Recruitment Director.Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment practices remain compliant and reflect best practice.Lead organisational change, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives.Manage HR systems, reporting and people data to support informed decision making.Champion learning and development ..... full job details .....
