About the role As Head of Housing Management, you''ll lead a diverse portfolio of services including housing and tenancy management, income and leaseholder services, community buildings, and specialist support initiatives. You''ll be responsible for driving transformational change, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and embedding a culture of prevention and early intervention across all service areas.
