Pangbourne College is seeking a dedicated Head of House to lead one of our boarding houses and play a key role in the pastoral care and development of our pupils. This is a full time residential position with accommodation provided to ensure a strong presence within the House. You will create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where Pangbourne pupils can thrive both academically and personally. You will lead the operations of the House, working closely with the Deputy Head of House, Assistant Head - Boarding and pastoral team to foster a culture of respect and responsibility. Strong leadership experience, pastoral care and the ability to be a role model are essential for this role.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the care and wellbeing of students and committed to shaping the next generation of Pangbournians. Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
Strong leadership experience and a track record in pastoral care.Ability to be a positive role model for pupils.Full commitment to safeguarding, with eligibility to work in the UK.Enhanced DBS disclosure and employment reference checks will be required.
