We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Head of Hospitality to join their team. This role is perfect for a strong FandB Director looking for their next career move.

What’s involved?

You will be responsible for the smooth running of multiple restaurants and bars across the site. As the Head of Hospitality, you will manage the PandL and costs in line with set budgets.

This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to multitask and delegate effectively.

Key Requirements:

* Experience managing a multifaceted FandB operation.* A background as an FandB Director from a large hotel.* Must have had responsibility for managing a PandL and the ability to manage costs in line with budgets* The ability to multitask and delegate with a hands-on approach
