Head of Homecare - Up to £75k depending on experience. Excelcare (Homecare) are recruiting a compassionate, resilient and dynamic leader to work in partnership with the Registered Manager within our well-established Excelcare Homecare team, covering Tower Hamlets in London. You will have considerable experience and understanding of Homecare operations at Registered Manager or equivalent level. You''ll require sound knowledge of CQC Regulations, legislation and a passion to deliver outstanding care delivery to our service users every day. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Homecare to lead and develop our homecare services. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all services. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and maintaining outstanding standards of care for clients in their own homes.
