Head of Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Sustainability To assist and advise on the Management of Health, Safety, Training and Wellbeing of all Company employees Key Responsibilities • Be present and visible to all employees and SLT in the role. • Manage Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental management systems and processes and ensure that they are accessible and implemented consistently across the organisation. • Promote a culture of Health, Safety and Wellbeing across all our projects and work with our client to align values and deliver this message as one unified team. • Act as a focal point to employees on matters of Health Safety, Wellbeing and Sustainability. • Meet with Operations Managers and go over all things HSWS with them when on site, encouraging them to continue with that learning. • Ensure that all accidents, incidents, near misses/close calls and cases of work-related ill health are reported (including reporting under RIDDOR), investigated and appropriate corrective action taken to prevent recurrence; and identification of compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation. • Attend and present at client sites and ensure feedback is given to relevant stakeholders. • Working with a range of clients, accurately assessing health and safety risks and strategy, and working with clients to create and deliver solutions. • Responsibility of creating and developing risk management strategies. • Creating a collaborative culture internally, sharing best ..... full job details .....
