Up to £90,000 + bonus, company car and comprehensive benefits packageZachary Daniels are proud to be partnering with a leading, high-growth retail business in the search for a hands-on, strategic, and commercially minded Head of Health and Safety and Compliance.This is a pivotal senior leadership role with national responsibility across a large-scale, multi-site retail estate. Reporting directly to the COO, the Head of Health and Safety and Compliance will lead the development and delivery of a group-wide compliance strategy — with Health and Safety as the top operational priority.
