Head of Health and Safety Location: Cox''s Lane Birmingham (UK Multi-Site Regular travel across our UK locations) Salary: Competitive Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time Closing Date: 13th of November 2026 Safety isn t something we manage from behind a desk. It s part of how we operate every day. We re looking for an experienced Head of Health, Safety to lead health and safety across our UK operations and help us build a strong, practical and proactive Safety First culture. This is a highly visible, hands-on role. While you ll set the direction for our UK health and safety strategy and advise senior leaders, you ll also spend significant time travelling to our sites across the UK, working directly with site leaders, managers and operational teams. You ll be comfortable getting out onto the shop floor, into our warehouses and across our operational environments, seeing how work is carried out, identifying risks, coaching teams and making sure the right standards are being applied in practice.
