Lead on the integration of health and safety into business planning, project management, and operationsEnsure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, developing and maintaining frameworks, policies and proceduresOversee audits, inspections and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectivelyChampion a strong health and safety culture throughout the organisationDevelop and deliver communication and training strategies to embed best practices

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

Extensive experience in health and safety, including in a senior leadership roleNEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and SafetyMembership of IOSH or equivalentExperience in high risk industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, energy, transport) is preferredStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
