Head of Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental

Head of QHSE / HSEQ / SHEQ / QEHS Manager (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) (Mansfield / Coventry and Field-based) £60k - £65k depending on experience plus car allowance (£7000), Bonus, Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance and 25+8 days holiday. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing robust QHSE / HSEQ / SHEQ / QEHS strategies and systems that meet the requirements of the business. You''ll need to establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders, managing their requirements and delivering initiatives to satisfy the wider business objectives to ensure operational services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the local Quality Management System is compliant to the agreed scope, whilst maintaining ISO9001 and 14001 accreditations. Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the management team and employees, developing, setting, and monitoring progress of goals and site performance. Deliver Environmental training across the business to upskill our workforce. Provide support for the Group HandS Manager ensuring consistent approach between Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety matters across all areas of the business.
