A leadership position responsible for establishing Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and ensuring their integration across the category. DescriptionDevelop and implement the strategic framework for Safety, Health, and Environmental management.Provide expert technical advice and ensure legal compliance, supporting senior leadership in SHE matters.Lead SHE committees and actively promote a proactive, safety-first culture throughout the organisation.Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal departments to align on SHE priorities.Conduct audits in high-risk areas and spearhead initiatives for continuous improvement.Oversee SHE training programs, manage incident investigations, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.Support the safe integration of new machinery and capital projects, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
