Head of Health and Safety and Facilities Gloucester up to £51,134.80 DOE Full Time PermanentA high growth, fast paced national organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Health and Safety and Facilities to lead, shape and elevate safety, compliance and workplace standards across a busy operational environment. This is not a clipboard safety role. This is a visible leadership position where you will influence culture, drive best practice and ensure safety excellence across both office and operational environments. You will work directly with senior directors at head office while also partnering closely with hands on operational managers on the shop floor, ensuring safety is embedded at every level of the organisation. If you are someone who can confidently move from boardroom strategy to warehouse walkarounds, this is the role where you can truly make your mark. The Opportunity You will take full ownership of Health, Safety, Environmental and Facilities management across the organisation, ensuring sites operate safely, compliantly and efficiently. You will lead initiatives that strengthen safety culture, oversee statutory compliance and ensure facilities remain safe, operational and fit for purpose.
