Head of Health & Safety

With an engaged senior leadership team backing health and safety standards, you will be supported every step of the way as the Head of Health & Safety for this Construction business. The projects are fast paced in nature with much of their work coming from an established client base and referrals.

You will be Midlands based, with the role being split between office/home based tasks, as well as travelling to sites nationally, evaluating how sites are performing and provide support to the team. The business is performing very well on all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality which is backed up by glowing reviews from clients. You will help to maintain construction accreditations as well as ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. The business is also supported externally for ISO standards so they are ready to fly through any audits.

Ideal experience for this Head of Health & Safety role:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced construction environment. Such as retail, fitout, refurb, M&E etc.
• Uphold high standards and always looking to improve across the whole HSEQ spectrum.
• Experience managing ISO standards.
• Provide a supporting, coaching and training mindset to tackle challenges on site.
• The company aim to hand over projects on time and snag free, so you will help them to achieve this and keep standards high.
• You will be great with clients, able to communicate effectively and provide confidence.

On offer is a basic salary up to -75,000 plus company car, family healthcare and 10% bonus.
