Description

As the Head of Growth Marketing you will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent brand execution across digital channels, events, and customer communications.
• Deliver demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and market engagement.
• Use AI-enabled tools and marketing technology to improve campaign execution, targeting, and analytics.
• Leverage CRM and commercial platforms to support pipeline visibility and sales effectiveness.
• Develop sales enablement content, including collateral, proposals, and industry-specific messaging.
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and creative specialists to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
• Measure and optimise marketing performance while supporting events, digital programmes, and integration initiatives.

Profile

A successful Head of Growth Marketing should have:

• Proven track record in B2B marketing, gained within a technical, industrial or engineering business - essential
• Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth, supported by strong analytical measurement and performance optimisation
• Experienced in managing multi-brand marketing communications across CRM-driven environments, leveraging modern digital marketing platforms and AI-enabled tools to improve engagement and effectiveness
• Skilled in leading external agencies, contractors, and creative specialists, while creating sales enablement programmes and materials that directly support field sales teams and business objectives.

Job Offer

• Salary - -90,000 - -100,000 plus bonus and benefits
