      <description>Location: City of London | Salary: &amp;pound;100000 - &amp;pound;130000/annum | Type: Permanent | Head of Growth / Business Development    Location:  UK Hybrid   Security Clearance:  DV Preferred (Current or Previously Held)   Shape the Future of UK Defence    The ideal candidate will come from a military communications, information systems or digital capability background, with experience gained within the Royal Signals, Royal Navy communications and information warfare communities, RAF CIS, or similar Defence communications environments.   We are looking for someone who has operated at a senior leadership level, ideally Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, or equivalent, with responsibility for capability development, communications and information systems, C4ISR, digital transformation, or operational communications.      Working closely with senior military, government and industry stakeholders, you will identify and shape high-value opportunities, develop long-term growth strategies and help position the business at the forefront of Defence innovation.
