Others have the plan but not the routines to deliver it. Your job is to work out which is which - and actually fix it. Region by region. Not with a one-size-fits-all playbook that looks great on a slide but dies on contact with real advisers. What you''d actually be doing You''ll sit alongside Financial Planning Directors and Heads of Advice, turning "we want to grow" into clear commercial plans with real priorities, measures and owners. You''ll help regions identify where the opportunity actually sits - whether that''s adviser productivity, conversion, client opportunities, referrals or wider organic growth - and build the routines that turn those opportunities into revenue.
