Responsibilities

Head of Group Travel – DMCLocation: LondonSalary: from £50,000 per annum depending on experiencePlease provide your salary expectations if any higher and we will consider according to relevant experienceMain duties

To manage the team of Travel Operations Executives across within the Groups department, and provide training and guidance.To provide direct day-to-day management of the travel operations team within the Groups department.To provide training, support and guidance to the team where needed.To set and monitor KPI’s for the operations team and adjust accordingly.To manage and deal with escalated enquiries from clients in a timely manner.To monitor and give feedback on areas of improvement/areas of success within the team.To be aware of cultural differences within a team and react sensitively.To be aware of important changes in the travel market and communicate course of action to the team.To report to the Directors of the company.Candidate’s Profile
