Head of Group Financial ReportingRole: Head of Group Financial Reporting Engagement: 2 Moth contract with potential to extend Location: UK wide with travel to site when requiredOverviewWe are supporting a leading Insurance and Financial Services organisation in the search for an experienced Head of Group Financial Reporting to provide leadership during a critical reporting period. The successful candidate will support Half-Year (HY) Reporting, Financial andamp; Regulatory (Fandamp;R) reporting activities, and preparation for the Q3 reporting cycle.This senior contract opportunity requires a highly experienced finance leader with deep technical accounting expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record delivering high-quality reporting within a regulated financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Group Financial Reporting activities across Half-Year reporting, Financial andamp; Regulatory reporting requirements, and Q3 preparation.Provide technical accounting oversight and guidance on complex accounting and reporting matters.Review, challenge and approve key accounting judgements, assumptions and disclosures.Ensure the accuracy, quality and timeliness of all regulatory, statutory and management reporting deliverables.Partner closely with Finance, Actuarial, Risk and Executive stakeholders to ensure alignment across reporting outputs.Manage reporting governance and maintain an effective control environment throughout the reporting ..... full job details .....
