      <description>Location: London | Salary: 60000.00-60000.00 Annual | Type: Contract | Robertson Bell are pleased to be supporting an international charity to recruit a Head of Grants on an 18-month fixed-term contract.This is an exciting leadership opportunity within a developing grant management function. The successful candidate will lead a small team, helping to strengthen grant management processes, improve reporting and embed best practice across the function.Key responsibilities will include:Leading and developing a geographically dispersed grants team.Embedding best practice grant management processes and controls.Overseeing donor reporting, compliance and assurance activity.Reviewing and improving reporting and audit/spot-checking approaches.Supporting operational and systems improvements across the grants function.Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.The successful candidate will have:Strong grant management experience within a complex organisation.Experience leading, mentoring and developing team members.Proven experience improving processes and embedding best practice ways of working.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.The organisation is open to candidates from a variety of sectors.
