Working closely with the Clinical Director , you''ll establish and lead the organisation''s governance function, developing the systems, processes and quality frameworks that support safe, compliant and outstanding services. This is a non-clinical leadership role. Clinical governance remains with the Clinical Leads, while you''ll focus on governance, compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
