The Head of Global Implementations is responsible for the effective implementation of our clients travel management process within new customers across all territories globally. Head of Global Implementations Duties: Lead and project manage new customer implementations working with Commercial and Operations teams, to meet or exceed customer expectations. Liaise directly with customers to understand requirements and propose effective solutions. Organise regular implementation meetings with the relevant internal teams acting as co-ordinator for updates and general communications on the implementation programme.
