Head of Global Payroll

Marc Daniels is partnering with a highly successful international business to recruit an experienced Head of Global Payroll (12-month FTC) to take ownership of payroll operations across a complex multi-entity group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior payroll leader with strong experience managing international payrolls across Asia, LATAM and EMEA.This role requires the candidate to be immediately available, as it is a 12-month FTC.The role will suit someone who enjoys both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced global environment. Similar London-based global payroll roles often combine multi-country compliance, vendor management, systems improvement and close partnership with Finance and HR.The RoleYou will lead the end-to-end global payroll function, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery across multiple regions. Working closely with Finance, HR and external providers, you will oversee payroll governance, reporting, controls and process improvement across the group''s international entities.
