Overall PurposeThis role combines:The day-to-day management of GM Operations in the UKOversight of other GM Operations sites in EMEARepresentation of GMO EMEA in projects involving Operations streamsKey Responsibilities:Manage and control the processing of all London Global Markets transactions, ensuring operational efficiency and controls. Extend to specific situations like Commodities NY and Asia, newly created desks, or new activities where applicable.Supervise processing of Global Markets transactions originated in EMEA, monitoring performance across teams in London, Frankfurt, and Luxembourg.Own and improve booking processes, ensuring safety and streamlining operations across geographies and business units.Contribute to strategic initiatives for CIB and COO, including projects like Front to Ops.Specifics for EMEA GMO UK and EMEA (circa 70%)Lead team organization and management.Monitor process performance and ensure global standards are met.Act as escalation point for GMO matters.Ensure consistency through best practices and processing guidelines.Coordinate projects between Head Office and local sites.Monitor controls and reduce operational risk.Manage financial aspects including costs, headcounts, and budgets.Set objectives and evaluate performance for GMO teams in EMEA.Lead department restructuring and daily management, promoting operational excellence.Develop strong relationships with London and Head-Office operations.Ensure high-quality service delivery to internal and external clients.Support new business initiatives and develop solutions.Maintain internal controls and reconciliations to reduce risk.Ensure comprehensive knowledge of trade lifecycle and effective communication with related teams.Analyze and report on issues and performance.Develop management reports and dashboards.Projects (circa 30%)Drive operational efficiency projects across EMEA GM setup.More jobs from Natixis Corporate and Investment BankingBoost your career
