The Head of Global Implementations will be responsible for the effective implementation of our client’s travel management process within new customers across all their territories globally, ensuring delivery of agreed customer requirements from initial stages of post-contract securement to the “go live” launch.  They will also be responsible for the planning and implementation of major changes to the travel management process across individual or groups of customers. Working collaboratively with the Commercial & Operations functions, the Head of Global Implementations will create own and support delivery of an agreed plan with the customer and internal team members to reach the agreed deadlines and customer requirements.
