Contract: 12-15 months (Maternity Cover) Salary: £48,250-£51,189 (pro rata where applicable) Hours: 5 days/week, applications from candidates seeking flexible or reduced hours welcome Start date: November/December 2026 We are looking for a capable and innovative Head of Fundraising (Maternity Cover) to join Z2K later this year. Someone who: has a strong track record across fundraising disciplines, ideally including trusts and foundations; can evolve and implement our fundraising strategy; is confident building relationships with funders, donors and senior stakeholders; can spot opportunities to diversify income and turn ideas into action; can make a compelling case for change, using evidence, impact and people''s experiences; enjoys working collaboratively and can bring colleagues with them; is comfortable working in a small organisation where everyone gets involved.
