Our East Clandon home has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted four years running.What you''ll be doing Strategic leadership Develop and lead Cherry Trees'' fundraising and partnerships strategySet income targets and advise the CEO and Board on strategy Fundraising and partnerships Manage a portfolio spanning trusts, major donors, corporate and legacy incomeBuild relationships with NHS bodies, local authorities and corporate partnersRepresent Cherry Trees at sector events and conferences Team and communications Lead and develop the fundraising and communications teamOversee campaigns that build Cherry Trees'' profile and supporter base What we''re looking for Significant experience in senior fundraising leadership across multiple income streamsTrack record of meeting ambitious income targetsExperience leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong relationship-building skills with donors, trusts and corporate ..... full job details .....
