Day to Day: You will: Design and implement a forward thinking fundraising strategy aligned to organisation goals Drive income across multiple streams including, trusts and foundations, individual giving, community and corporate partnerships. Oversee performance, budgets and pipelines, identifying opportunities and mitigating risk Champion evidence based impact, including monitoring, evaluation and research Play a key role within the Senior Leadership Team, influencing wider organisational direction You Will Bring: A proven track record of delivering significant income growth across diverse fundraising streams Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams Expertise in securing five and six figure funding opportunities Solid understand of fundraising compliance, GDPR and sector best practice A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, proactive approach For You: A salary of £54,000 - £58,000 depending on experience 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, ..... full job details .....
