The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with Guy''s and St Thomas'' Foundation to recruit a new Head of Funding, joining their Funding and Impact team as a key senior leader responsible for shaping and delivering the Foundation''s funding strategy. Head of Funding Salary - £70,000 - £74,000 Location: London with hybrid working (2dpw on site) Guy''s and St Thomas'' Foundation is an independent charitable foundation working to build a healthier society. Through funding, partnerships, research and innovation, the Foundation tackles some of the most pressing health challenges facing communities, with a particular focus on reducing health inequalities and improving health outcomes. The Foundation combines grant-making with strategic influence and long-term investment to create lasting social impact, supporting innovative projects and programmes that improve health and healthcare outcomes for communities now and into the future. As Head of Funding, you will lead the delivery and development of the Foundation''s funding portfolio, overseeing significant funding activity and ensuring resources are invested effectively to maximise impact. Working closely with the Director of Funding and Impact, you will help shape strategic priorities, build influential partnerships and lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering funding programmes from opportunity identification through to evaluation and learning.
