About the Job In this role, you will: Supervise and manage an effective FOI service for the whole of HMT, which balances fulfilling statutory obligations with the need to protect sensitive information. Management of an effective HMT-wide FOI casework tracking and delivery system, including delivery of regular reporting to partners to enable the department to successfully manage its FOI caseload, ensure effective processes are in place to commission and chase up delivery of draft responses to FOI and Internal Review requests and leadership of process and system updates and improvements. Maintain strategic oversight of the HMT''s FOI casework pipeline and coordination of the day-to-day flow of casework loads, and as required offering support and/or challenge to teams, so that at least 90% of FOI requests are responded to within statutory time limits.
