Position:Head of FPandA UK and IEJob Description:Job DescriptionAs the Head of FPandA you will lead a team of five financial analysts, both office based and remote, covering various aspects of FPandA and management accounting.Business partnering, communication and collaboration with main board and other business stakeholders.Responsibility for accounting processes within a SOX controlled environment, ensuring business and departmental priorities are met.Closely working with the wider finance teams and finance leaders involved in UK and IE entity accounts, fostering a culture of "One Arrow" and collaboration.Responsibilities:Team Management:Provide support, mentorship and training to a team of professional accountants and analysts in trainingManage team workload and deadlines effectivelyFoster a culture of continuous improvementEnsure high service levels and maintain strong relationships across the businessReporting and Analysis (UK and IE):Month end variance analysis compared to prior year, forecast and budgetManage the annual budgeting processManage quarterly and monthly results forecastingPrepare and review reporting packs to OI level on a monthly and quarterly basis, including the quarterly business reviewDeliver ad-hoc reporting and support the businessBusiness partner to the Divisional Directors, Operational and Executive Board of DirectorsSales Incentives (UK and IE):Manage sales commission plans and tools, ensuring accurate and consistent calculationsSupport and ..... full job details .....
