Key ResponsibilitiesLead annual budget, rolling forecasts and multi-year planningAnalyse and explain performance, with particular focus on trading outcomes, loss ratio, expense ratio, combined ratio, and underwriting resultsDevelop financial plans incorporating core value drivers such as volumes, retention, pricing, inflation, cost trends, and commission structuresDeliver Board-ready reporting and forward-looking analysisEnhance FPandA models, dashboards and forecasting capabilityBuild and lead a high-performing FPandA teamAct as a trusted finance partner to the CFO and CEOExperience Required10+ years'' FPandA or senior finance leadership experienceStrong background in personal lines motor insurance or similar margin-driven sectorProfessionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent)Advanced modelling and commercial analytics capabilityConfident influencing senior stakeholdersThis is a high-impact role with real strategic visibility and the opportunity to shape a ..... full job details .....
