Head of FPandA

Cedar is currently partnered with a unique Financial Services organisation to help them secure an Interim Head of FPandA. The role will take ownership of the FPandA function, act as a strategic business partner across the organisation and help drive the continued development of planning, analysis and decision support. This is a 12-month contract based in Central London, paying £700-£800 per day. The Company This is a Financial Services organisation operating in a complex stakeholder environment, with a clear social purpose alongside its commercial and operational objectives. Its work has a broader societal impact, giving the organisation a clear sense of purpose beyond financial performance. The successful candidate will join at an important stage, with scope to improve how FPandA supports the wider organisation and senior decision-making from its Central London base. The Role As Interim Head of FPandA, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, planning and performance analysis, while acting as a senior strategic business partner across the organisation.
