Butler Rose is exclusively partnering with a high-growth business to recruit a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join its senior finance team.Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, cashflow forecasting, KPI reporting, and commercial analysis. Working closely with the Executive Team and Board, you''ll provide the insight and challenge needed to support business growth and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.Produce monthly management accounts, MI and Board packs.Deliver meaningful KPI reporting and performance analysis.Own cashflow forecasting and lender reporting.Build business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions.Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance improvements.Lead and develop the FPandA team.About YouQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).5+ years'' FPandA experience, ideally within a PE-backed or high-growth environment.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management experience.Proven ability to improve processes, reporting and controls.BenefitsCompetitive benefits package including pension, enhanced family and sick pay, employee share scheme, life assurance, professional development opportunities, wellbeing support, generous holiday allowance, and employee recognition programmes.This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a growing ..... full job details .....
