Head of FPandA and Strategic Finance

Our client is a rapidly growing AI powered warehouse robotics company, they are scaling quickly recently acquiring £165m series C funding and looking to hire a Head of FPandA and Strategic Finance. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role operates at the centre of the business, partnering closely with the CEO, executive team, Board and investors. You will lead fundraising and financing processes, shape capital structure decisions, and own the company''s long-term financial planning and narrative.
