Head of FP&A

Chilworth Partnership is recruiting for a highly credible and hands-on, Head of FP&A, on behalf of a private equity backed business who are achieving 40% YOY growth.

The Head of FP&A will lead financial planning, performance reporting and insight within a fast moving, dynamic environment, combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical capability.

Head of FP&A - Responsibilities

• Lead data and analytics, overseeing the Power BI reporting suite and partnering with data engineering, BI and internal stakeholders to strengthen insight and decision-making.
• Own group management accounts, consolidation and month-end review, working closely with the wider finance team and FP&A analyst to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Run the end-to-end budget, long-term plan and reforecast cycles, shaping the Group narrative and partnering with the CEO and CFO on outputs and strategic direction.
• Deliver clear, insightful performance reporting for leadership, board and investors, covering financial results, market and competitor trends, operational performance and returns.
• Own and enhance the financial consolidation and planning models across P&L, balance sheet and cashflow for five countries, while driving continuous improvement across FP&A processes.
• Lead regular performance reviews and develop the FP&A and BI team, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and private equity investors.

Head of FP&A - Requirement

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification.
• Strong leadership skills, including the development of large teams.
• Advanced financial modelling capability.
• Private equity exposure advantageous.
