This is a hybrid working role, allowing you to have a good work - life balance. Responsibilities of the Head of Fostering:The Head of Fostering will oversee a very stable team of 2 Team Managers and 9 Supervising Social Workers. The service has 112 fostering households. This is for a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating. Their last inspection was this year so you will not have to worry about another Ofsted inspection happening soon.
