Head of Financial Transactions London £82,000 - £100,000 + benefits Hyde is looking to recruit a Head of Financial Transactions to lead a critical finance function responsible for the accurate, timely and well-controlled delivery of income, expenditure and accounts payable services. This is a senior leadership role within Finance, offering the opportunity to shape a high-volume transactional environment, strengthen financial control and improve the quality of service provided to the wider business. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Director, you will lead the Financial Transactions function and ensure that transactional finance activity is efficient, compliant and responsive. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity across Hyde by ensuring strong controls, accurate reconciliations, reliable management information and clear governance are embedded across the function. This role is well suited to an experienced finance leader who can combine technical knowledge of transactional finance with strong people leadership, sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset. You will be confident operating in a complex organisation, able to manage competing priorities and skilled at using insight, systems and process improvements to improve accuracy, efficiency, controls and stakeholder confidence.
