Head of Financial Reporting

This senior finance leadership role is responsible for financial reporting, control, consolidation and governance across a complex international group operating through multiple entities. The successful candidate will lead a finance team, strengthen reporting standards and provide insight to senior stakeholders while driving process and control improvements. Description Lead an international financial reporting team and develop team capability. Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including consolidations and management reporting. Improve accounting governance, technical accounting standards and financial controls. Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and key accounting reviews. Drive finance transformation, systems improvements and process efficiency initiatives. Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight, challenge and business support. Profile Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent). Strong technical accounting, financial reporting and financial control background.
