Head of Financial Reporting and Control

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively and on a retained basis with an industrial business in Doncaster as they look for a new Head of Financial Reporting and Control to take ownership of financial reporting, oversee a small team in finance and manage the day-to-day finance operations. The company is very well established and part of a £100 Million t/o group. As Head of Financial Reporting and Control, you''ll take ownership of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring the production of accurate management accounts and timely Group reporting. You will also have responsibility for the company''s statutory reporting and audit process, working closely with Group Finance as well as senior operational stakeholders. The firm is going through a period of system transformation to streamline the department so there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved with identifying new opportunities and implementing automation. Benefits include: - Salary up to 60K 25 days holiday + stats Auto Enrolment pension Hours are 8am - 4pm (Flexibility can be offered) Please note this roles will be office based 5 days a week Duties will be varied and will include: - Lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes.
