Head of Financial Planning

Overview

We are excited to be working on a newly created Head of Financial Planning position for a large HNW financial planning company with multiple offices in the Southwest, Home Counties and London. The role will report into the CEO, and you will be part of their senior management team. You will be responsible for organic growth working with each Financial Planner in the business alongside providing 1st line TandC support. You will also be strategically involved in other areas of the business including helping lead on the integration of any company acquisitions. This is a pure management, non-client facing position.Responsibilities

Lead organic growth initiatives with each Financial Planner and provide 1st line terms and conditions support.Collaborate with the senior management team to drive business strategy and integration of acquisitions.Manage and develop a team of financial planning professionals, focusing on high-quality client service and growth targets.Qualifications

Experience leading sales and financial planning teams; understands how a financial planning business operates across departments.Able to tailor leadership approach to different Adviser levels, from senior practitioners with HNW-UHNW portfolios to junior Advisers building books.Proven ability to motivate and coach teams to achieve growth targets while ensuring high-quality client service.Strong technical understanding of Financial Planning; at least Level 4 qualified, ideally Chartered.Remuneration
