Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Here at innocent, we''re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. Responsibilities
Leading the Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP) processes, translating our 2030 Future vision of doubling our revenue into bold, actionable financial plans.
Owning consolidated reporting across the business, partnering with the CFO and Board to surface insights, ensure accuracy, and guide decisions.
Transforming how we do FPandA: simplify reporting, digitise processes, and elevate the quality of business insights making it easier for teams to make smarter choices, faster.
Partnering with purpose: work hand-in-hand with Marketing and Innovation to ensure financial rigour in everything from Marketing spend to sustainability and innovation cycles.
Championing financial discipline: from OPEX and CAPEX to risk tracking and sound internal controls, you''ll keep us sharp, compliant, and future-ready.
Lead and inspire: build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and internal growth.
Qualifications
A solid grounding in financial governance alongside FPandA expertise, ensuring balance between strategic insight and operational rigour.
Collaboratively with all team members, guiding and coaching to develop skills, capabilities, and behaviours.
Strong partnering expertise and ability to quickly understand the internal stakeholder landscape and their respective motivators to enable effective influencing.
Able to balance the analytical and data-driven approach with creativity and intuition to get to the best outcomes.
Be an effective and value-adding member of the Finance leadership team as well as innocent leadership group.
A high level of curiosity to be innovative and improve the way we go about providing our services, to build a better innocent.
