The opportunity As the company transitions from a fractional CFO model, you''ll step in as the most senior finance person in the business: trusted partner to the CEO, a genuine voice at the leadership table, and the person who gives the board confidence in the numbers. This is a build-it, not inherit-it role. Finance today runs through a strong outsourced provider and a fractional CFO. You''ll own that relationship, bring the right work in-house over time, and put in place the systems and processes a scaling, multi-country business needs, freeing you up to focus on the commercial and strategic finance that really moves the needle.
