Head of Finance TransformationTunbridge Wells/ hybrid working12 month contract - up to £100K - day rate NOT consideredGrafton Banks Finance are delighted to be working with an SME commercial business with offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, to recruit a Head of Finance Transformation on a 12 month FTC.Reporting into the MD you will act as a key strategic partner leading the modernisation and transformation of the companies finance function. The focus is on how finance operates optimising systems, processes, data, and wider collaboration. Focusing on process improvements across the board.You will work alongside the Financial Controller (FC) and FPandA Analyst, to identify and implement smarter, faster, and more connected finance operations. It will influence, enable, and inspire cultural change and partnership through ensuring that the finance function evolves as a strategic, technology-enabled business partner.Duties and Responsibilities will include:Lead the identification, planning and execution of finance transformation across systems, processes, and data.Work closely with the Financial Controller to enhance process efficiency, internal controls, and automation.Partner with the FPandA Analyst to strengthen reporting, forecasting, and analytics capabilities.Identify and deliver opportunities to standardise and simplify finance processes across the organisation.Drive the adoption of digital tools, dashboards, and workflow automation.Identify opportunities for cross-functional ..... full job details .....
