Head of Finance . This is a

pivotal leadership position , the No.1 in Finance - where you will take full ownership of the finance agenda, steer business performance, and influence strategic direction at board level.If you are a senior finance professional with a strong manufacturing background, this is a unique opportunity to lead a finance function that directly shapes the growth and long-term success of the business.Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the finance team, embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Take full ownership of

financial strategy, governance, and operational delivery

across UK and European operations.Oversee statutory reporting, year-end close, and audit processes with accuracy.Drive

commercial performance

through robust costing, margin analysis, WIP, and inventory control.Partner with the senior leadership team and board to provide

strategic financial insight

and influence decision-making.Play a central role in evaluating

investment opportunities, MandA, and capital projects , supporting sustainable growth.Proactively manage

cash flow, working capital, and risk , ensuring long-term financial health.Ensure compliance with all

tax, regulatory, and governance requirements .Candidate Profile

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Significant post-qualification experience in senior finance leadership roles.Proven expertise in

manufacturing/industrial finance , with hands-on exposure to costing, WIP, and stock control.Strong

commercial acumen

with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.Experienced in

multi-entity or international operations

(advantageous).Dynamic and proactive leader.What’s on Offer
