Head of Finance Job summary The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following position: Ref 26-193-HOF-CS-WEB Job Role Head of Finance Location Head Office, 1 Ravenhill Reach, Belfast, BT6 8RB Agile Working Option / Working from Home Salary Salary starting at 58,432 Hours 37 Hours per Week Monday - Thursday (9-5pm) Friday (9-4.30pm) The successful candidate will benefit from flexi-time The Role The Cedar Foundation have approx. 650 employees and delivers a range of services that enable people with disabilities to get the most out of life and to be fully included in their communities. Our services are centred around the individual needs of each person and are delivered throughout Northern Ireland You will significantly contribute to the efficient and effective delivery and development of financial and management accounting services within Cedar and assist the Director of Finance and Corporate Resources to con-tribute to Cedar''s overall strategic aims and objectives through the delivery of professional customer-focused financial services across multiple sites You will hold a shared corporate role in the organisation as a member of the Senior Management team, with collective leadership responsibility for making a significant contribution to realising Cedar''s vision, as well as shaping the organisation''s 5-year Strategic Plan.
