The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join the business in a full-time, on-site position. Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead a team of four and take ownership of the company''s financial operations, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and effective financial management during an exciting period of growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys improving processes, developing teams, and supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage the preparation and posting of month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments. Maintain accurate accounting records, including control accounts, bank reconciliations, and nominal ledgers. Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts, including balance sheet, profit and loss, variance analysis, and margin reporting. Prepare and submit VAT returns.
