Head of Finance

Head of FinanceHybrid working ( 3 days in the office) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Finance to join an established, purpose-led financial services organisation at an important stage of its continued growth and development. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and operating as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this is a broad leadership position combining strategic finance, commercial decision-making, financial control, risk and regulatory responsibility. The successful individual will provide financial leadership across the organisation, working closely with the CEO, Board and wider leadership team to ensure the business maintains a strong financial position while supporting its longer-term growth plans. The role Responsibilities will include: Leading the development and delivery of the organisation''s financial strategy Providing high-quality financial insight and advice to the CEO, Board and Senior Leadership Team Taking responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial planning Managing the balance sheet, liquidity, capital planning and investment strategy Providing oversight of treasury and cash management activities Playing a key role in lending strategy, including financial performance, risk and policy Monitoring financial performance and key financial ratios, identifying trends, risks and opportunities Leading stress testing, scenario planning and longer-term financial modelling Ensuring ..... full job details .....
