As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of the finance function and supporting the wider business through change, ensuring financial stability, strong governance and operational excellence throughout the transition. The Role Reporting to the Director of Finance and Transformation, you''ll lead the finance function, overseeing a team of nine while partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational objectives.Alongside leading the day-to-day finance operation, you will be instrumental in supporting the organisation through its restructuring programme, helping to develop scalable financial processes, improve reporting, enhance controls and provide the commercial insight needed to drive informed decision-making.
