You will ensure robust financial management, high-quality reporting, and effective governance while supporting decision-making across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing the finance team, including performance management and development.Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Producing insightful management information with clear narrative.Leading statutory reporting and annual accounts preparation.Managing the year-end process and acting as the primary contact for auditors.Maintaining cash flow oversight and preparing accurate forecasts.Ensuring strong financial controls, policies, and procedures.Overseeing financial systems to ensure they remain effective and fully utilised.Supporting budget holders and promoting financial accountability.Deputising ..... full job details .....
