This is a strategic leadership role partnering directly with the Divisional Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to shape financial direction, maximise profitability, and support both organic growth and acquisition activity. You will take full ownership of the divisional financial control environment, ensuring robust systems, governance and reporting processes are in place, while delivering insightful commercial analysis to drive performance and inform key business decisions. The role also plays a critical part in leading forecasting and budgeting cycles, preparing detailed Board-level reporting, supporting new business initiatives, and overseeing acquisition due diligence and integration.
